Andrew Garfield will next be seen as Spider-Man in Marc Webb's The Amazing Spider-Man. Andrew recently starred in the much talked about Facebook film The Social Network and Never Let Me Go, based on the Kazuo Ishiguro novel, where he starred opposite Keira Knightley and Carey Mulligan. He received huge critical acclaim for his performance in the British film Boy A which won him the Best Actor Award at the 2007 TV BAFTAs. In March 2009, Garfield was seen playing the lead in Channel Four Film's story of The Yorkshire Ripper, Red Riding. He was also seen in Terry Gillingham's The Imaginarium of Parnassus, with Christopher Plummer, Colin Farrell, Jude Law, Johnny Depp and the late Heath Ledger.

Mr. Jackson previously worked with artists such as KISS, Paul Williams, Jesse Colin Young, Pablo Cruise, and Red Rider, among many others. Having produced over 30 albums, Mr. Jackson's work has earned eight gold and six platinum record awards. He also conceived and produced the highly successful "Off The Record" book featuring 25 of the world's most celebrated songs and their writers, along with producing the "Songstories with Graham Nash" radio show for XM Satellite Radio. Mr. Jackson serves as the Head of the SAEF Advisory Council.

She has conducted independent research on innovative health and beauty studies, and has become an active contributor to a variety of magazine columns on health topics in Asia. Mrs. Wong appears as a regular guest speaker at various public seminars on health related subjects for the Lion’s Club, Rotary Club, HKJCEE, with audiences composed of both public and professional pharmacists from reputable brands such as Watsons and Guardian.

She has Starred and Guest Starred in over 30 Television Shows including House, Grey’s Anatomy, How I Met Your Mother, Castle, CSI:Miami and CSI:New York, to name a few. She has had the privilege to work with such notable actors as Hugh Laurie, Holly Hunter, Neil Patrick Harris, Kevin Spacey, Alfred Molina in both film and television. Erin has also starred in Disney’s Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2 & 3 and has several films coming out this year. She has just finished the FOX pilot Delirium with Emma Roberts and Billy Campbell.

The legendary Jan Ove Waldner is considered to be simply the greatest table tennis player that has ever lived. Waldner has been repeatedly referred to as both the "Mozart of Table Tennis" and the "Michael Jordan of Table Tennis." His extraordinary skills have created moments of fantastic World Championship play that have defied both the laws of physics, beauty, and believability. Waldner impressively won the World Championship twice, once in 1989 and again in 1997. In 1992, he won the Gold Medal in the Barcelona Olympics and a Silver Medal in the 2000 Sydney Olympics. In the 2004 Athens Olympics he surprised everyone by reaching the semifinals at the age of 39. Waldner is known as ‘the "Evergreen Tree" in China, where table tennis is a national past-time.

Miguel Sandoval has acted professionally for 35 years in theatre, film and television. In his home state of New Mexico, he co-founded the professional theatre company, PERFORMING ARTS COLLECTIVE, and a company of inmates at The New Mexico State Penitentiary called THEATRE OUTSIDE TIME. Among the 50 films he has been in, favorites include Clear and Present Danger, Repo Man, Jurassic Park, Three Businessmen, Walker, Get Shorty, Mrs. Winterbourne, Blow and Do the Right Thing. Mr. Sandoval has over 80 television titles to his credit, including Entourage, ER, Alias, Law & Order, Seinfeld, Fraiser, The West WIng and The X-Files. For his efforts, Sandoval received multiple nominations for ALMA and IMAGEN awards for his work as an actor and director.

Dr. Teruaki Mori is the President and Director of the prestigious Yufuin Koseinenkin Hospital in Yufu City, Oita Prefecture, Japan, and specializes in Neurosurgery and Advanced Sports Medicine. The hospital, staffed by over 500 employees, among them, 17 medical physicians, and 230 certified nurses, is particularly known for its innovative rehabilitation work in the field of both early stage and advanced brain disease. Its Advanced Rehabilitation Care Center is also known for utilizing robotic science as one of its more advanced technologies. In 1997, Dr. Mori and his associates performed an unusual clinical study, "The Effectiveness of Exercise Intervention on Brain Disease Patients: Utilizing Table Tennis as a Rehabilitation Program" that identified Table Tennis as a unique form of rehabilitative therapy.

Daniel A. Plotkin, MD, MPH is a psychiatrist with a broad medical background, including advanced training in geriatric psychiatry, public health, psychopharmacology, and psychoanalysis. He is Board-certified in Psychiatry as well as in Geriatric Psychiatry. His experience includes full-time academia where he was the first director of the UCLA Alzheimer's Disease & Memory Disorders Service, and is currently Clinical Professor, as well as medical administration. He is a Past-President of the Southern California Psychiatric Society, and is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. Dr. Plotkin has conducted a successful private practice of adult and geriatric psychiatry for over 25 years. He has provided expert medical services regarding competency and related issues in over 200 cases.

Kojiro Ishii has led a highly successful career as an entrepreneur, executive consultant, and public relations executive for a variety of international institutions, major corporations, and prominent celebrities and individuals. Among Mr. Ishii 's numerous awards for his accomplishments in both the advertising and business world, he was also the recipient of two Presidential Awards from President Ronald Reagan for outstanding contributions to Japanese- American relations and fair trade. Mr. Ishii's ongoing creative projects range from the creation of innovative eco-friendly Japanese farming techniques to various media / entertainment enterprises. The Sport and Art Educational Foundation is proud to have Mr. Ishii as a member of its Advisory Council. Mr. Ishii currently resides in Los Angeles, California.

Lenny Krayzelburg's achievements as an athlete are without equal. A four-time Olympic gold medalist in the backstroke in 2000 and 2004, he first came to the United States from the Ukraine with his parents when he was 13 years old. By the time he was 22, he had become the World Champion in backstroke swimming in both the 100 and 200 meter events. He is an 11-time U.S. National Champion, the American record holder for the 50 meter backstroke, and was the lead swimmer in the world record-breaking medley relay race in Sydney in 2008 in which Michael Phelps swam the final lap.

Lloyd McQueen, is a pioneer in the Los Angeles table tennis community. Mr. McQueen has played an instrumental role in the founding of many of the city's major playing facilities including Santa Monica City College Table Tennis, the Westside Table Tennis facility, the Gilbert Table Tennis Center, and the Robofit Table Tennis Center. A Board Member of the Southern California Table Tennis Association since 1994, Mr. McQueen is also responsible for having initiated uniquely innovative table tennis programs for "developmentally disabled" youth and co-sponsored numerous youth training programs in the South Bay area.
